新闻动态：
澳大利亚政府最近颁布2010年贸易实施(消费品安全标准—拉绳窗帘产品)法规，宣布从2010年12月31日起，拉绳窗帘产品(百叶窗和窗帘)应符合该法规的要求。

一、这一标准为强制性法规，要求2010年12月30日之后供应的拉绳窗帘产品应符合以下要求：

1、零售包装上应带有警示标签：

“WARNING: Curtain and blind cords have caused the death of young children and must be installed so that they are not a strangulation hazard. Follow the installation instructions” (“警告：窗帘和百叶窗拉绳已造成幼儿死亡，因此在安装时必须避免勒束危险。请按照说明安装。”)

2、拉绳上应带有警示标签或吊牌，注明可能对儿童造成勒束危险：

“WARNING: Young children have died by wrapping loose curtain and blind cords or chains around their necks. Secure cords or chains with cord guides or keep them out of reach by winding them around a cleat. Move cots and furniture away from window covering cords or chains. Do not remove this label”( “警告：已有幼儿因颈部缠绕松散的窗帘和百叶窗拉绳或索链而死亡。请将拉绳或索链固定在拉绳导向装置上，或缠绕在夹板上，避免儿童接触。窗户拉绳或索链附近请勿放置小床和家具。请勿取除本标签。”)

3、安装说明中应标明避免造成勒束儿童的危险，并提供安装拉绳窗帘产品的实用指南。

4、产品应包含安装说明中列举的保证拉绳安全性的所有部件。

二、如果拉绳窗帘产品带有拉绳导向装置，那么该装置必须符合以下要求：

1、在受到来自任一方向的70N拉力10秒时间内，仍能牢固地附着于墙壁或安装说明中标明的其它架构；

2、可以避免拉绳在不高于地面以上1600毫米的位置形成220毫米或更长的环形绳圈。
